    I am having problems with hoe and their electricity charges, please can someone tell me who the residents committee are so that i might contact them. We have no choice as to who our suppliers are and this seems in contravention to european regulations. I have been overcharged on the last 6 months bills by some 250% and hoe are trying to put the blame on my boiler. I need some advice before i can get the energy ombudsman to look at this situation.

    I understand that following a few visits, the electrician has explored possible issues with the meter/electricity supply, and has made changes to your boiler set up. He has reported that the boiler should now be working more efficiently.
