Am I the only one who can hear incredibly loud bassy music every couple of days well into the night? Not sure if walls are just crazy thin or what but it’s so loud it’s stopped me sleeping a few times now.

    Hi

Can you email us (Heart of England) at hoe@firstnet.biz with a few more details – which apartment you are in, where you can hear the noise from etc. – we’re currently dealing with a couple of complaints on that block and it may be one of these. If not then, we’ll open a new incident and get a noise abatement letter out.

    Regards,

    Trish,

The noise is coming from a party on the terrace of one of the penthouses. On the junction of Branston Street and Hockley Street, about three floors up, with very loud music. It’s the first terrace you come to as you look up from Branston Street.

The visitors (of which there seems to be at least 100) are entering the carpark via the open exit gates and dumping their cars anywhere.

It’s very annoying and needs to be dealt with soonest.

Just started playing the music again(3:30pm) that’s three days in a row must be one impressive party going on up there………

Please make sure to report this to Birmingham City Council. It only takes a few minutes via their website.

    Good afternoon,

Thank you for the directions Bas, we’ve identified the culprit due to your and other residents’ help.

We have informed the letting agent, we have written to him and copies will be sent to landlord and letting agent.

    Regards,

    Trish
